摘　　要：目的 分析在骨盆骨折患者急救中,使用多功能充气式骨盆、髋关节创伤急救固定器的临床价值。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的68例骨盆骨折患者,根据是否使用髋关节创伤急救固定器分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。比较两组研究对象的临床疗效、骨盆功能和运动功能、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组研究对象的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后,骨盆功能Majeed评分、运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分、生活质量(躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活)评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且观察组各项评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于骨盆骨折患者急救中,初步评估患者病情后尽早使用髋关节创伤急救固定器,可有效恢复骨盆的稳定性,控制出血,改善患者的骨盆功能和生活质量,临床疗效显著,且并发症发生风险较低。Objective To analyze the clinical value of using multifunctional inflatable pelvic and hip joint trauma emergency fixators in the treatment of pelvic fractures.Methods Selecting 68 patients with pelvic fractures admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to February 2023,they were divided into an observation group and a control group based on whether they used hip joint trauma emergency fixators,with 34 patients in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy,pelvic and motor function,quality of life,long-term efficacy,and incidence of complications between two groups of study subjects.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the pelvic function Majeed score,motor function Fugl Meyer score,and quality of life(physical function,social function,psychological function,material life)score of both groups of patients were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);And the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Cole score for long-term efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pelvic fractures,early use of hip joint trauma emergency fixators after initial assessment of the patient's condition can effectively restore pelvic stability,control bleeding,improve pelvic function and quality of life,with significant clinical efficacy and low risk of complications.
