大柴胡汤联合芒硝外敷治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效与中医证候改善的研究

摘　　要：目的 研究大柴胡汤口服联合芒硝外敷对急性胰腺炎患者中医证候评分的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2024年1月三明市中西医结合医院消化内科收治的急性胰腺炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用纯西药治疗,观察组采用大柴胡汤口服联合芒硝外敷治疗,每组各50例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组的中医证候积分相比对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组的炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肠胃激素水平更优(P<0.05);观察组的血清淀粉酶及脂肪酶水平更低(P<0.05)。结论大柴胡汤联合芒硝外敷能显著改善急性胰腺炎患者的中医证候,降低炎症因子水平,调节胃肠激素水平,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the effect of oral Da Chai Hu Decoction combined with Mangxiao external application on the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis,treated at the Department of Gastroenterology,Sanming City Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024,were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with oral Da Chai Hu Decoction combined with Mangxiao external application.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also exhibited lower levels of inflammatory factors compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the gastrointestinal hormone levels in the observation group were more favorable(P<0.05),and the serum amylase and lipase levels were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Da Chai Hu Decoction combined with Mangxiao external application can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with acute pancreatitis.This treatment approach is worthy of further promotion.
