预见性告知护理在突发性耳聋并耳鸣患者护理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨预见性告知护理对突发性耳聋并耳鸣患者的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月于栖霞市中医医院就诊的66例突发性耳聋并耳鸣患者,根据抽签法随机将其划分成研究组与对照组,每组33例。对照组患者提供常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上提供预见性告知护理。比较两组患者护理前后的精神心理状态及生活质量、耳鸣程度、耳鸣响度及护理满意度。结果 护理后,两组患者精神心理状态、生活质量均得到提升,且研究组患者的SF-36、SDS及SAS评分改善更为明显,与护理后的对照组相比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者护理后的THI、VAS评分均有所下降,且研究组患者的各项评分下降更为显著,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组的护理满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性告知护理用于突发性耳聋并耳鸣患者,有助于改善患者心理状态与生活质量,缓解患者耳聋、耳鸣症状,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of proactive informative nursing in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss and tinnitus.Methods A total of 66 patients diagnosed with sudden sensorineural hearing loss and tinnitus who visited Qixia Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a research group and a control group using a random draw method,33 cases per group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the research group received proactive informative nursing in addition to routine care.The mental health status,quality of life,tinnitus severity,tinnitus loudness,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,both groups showed improvements in mental health status and quality of life.However,the improvements in the SF-36,SDS,and SAS scores in the research group were significantly more pronounced compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Post-nursing assessments showed a reduction in THI and VAS scores for both groups,but the research group demonstrated more significant reductions,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The difference in nursing satisfaction between the research and control groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proactive informative nursing in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss and tinnitus can significantly improve psychological well-being and quality of life,alleviate hearing loss and tinnitus symptoms,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
