针对性急救护理干预在异位妊娠破裂患者手术室护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的 分析在异位妊娠破裂患者的围手术期中,实施针对性急救护理干预的临床价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年6月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院救治的78例异位妊娠破裂患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方案的不同分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用针对性急救护理,对照组采用常规急救护理,每组各39例。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、不良情绪、疼痛程度、患者对护理满意程度、不良事件发生情况。结果观察组患者接诊到手术时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.001)。与干预前相比,干预后两组患者焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分均较之前明显降低;且干预后观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.001)。观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于异位妊娠破裂患者实施针对性急救护理干预可缩短急救时间,减少术中出血量,改善负面情绪,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,减少不良事件的发生风险。Objective This study aims to analyze the clinical value of targeted emergency nursing interventions during the perioperative period for patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancies.Methods A total of 78 patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancies treated at our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as study subjects.Based on the different nursing intervention strategies implemented,the patients were divided into an observation group(targeted emergency nursing,n=39)and a control group(conventional emergency nursing,n=39).We compared various surgical-related indicators,adverse emotions,pain levels,patient satisfaction with nursing care,and the occurrence of adverse events between the two groups.Results The time from admission to surgery,intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Both groups showed significant reductions in SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale),SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale),and VAS(Visual Analog Scale)scores after the intervention compared to before;however,the post-intervention scores for the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Patient satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency nursing interventions for patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancies can significantly shorten emergency response time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,alleviate negative emotions,decrease postoperative pain levels,improve nursing satisfaction,and lower the risk of adverse events.
