摘　　要：在中国式现代化全面推进民族复兴的同时,也推动着整个国家和社会发生深刻的变化,促成中国由传统农业文明向现代工业文明的转型。在此过程中,作为一种聚族现象的中华民族和组成中华民族的各个民族及其族际关系都发生了深刻变动。族际关系的变动既有朝着民族复兴方向演变的确定性,又有朝着其他方向变化的不确定性,所以民族领域的风险隐患难以避免。因此,在以中国式现代化全面推进民族复兴的过程中,既要及时和恰当应对族际关系中出现的各种问题,也需要对族际关系进行主动的塑造,从而构建一种与民族复兴相适应的族际关系新形态。要达此目标,就必须构建一套以中华民族为总体框架的关于国内各民族和族际关系的理论论述,促成民族叙事由“少数民族中心论”向中华民族整体论的转型。While promoting national rejuvenation in an all-round way,Chinese-style modernization has also boosted profound changes of the whole country and society,contributing to the transformation of China from a traditional agricultural civilization to a modern industrial civilization.In this process,the Chinese nation,as a phenomenon of gathered ethnic groups,as well as various ethnic groups that make up the Chinese nation and their inter-ethnic relations,have undergone profound changes.The changes in inter-ethnic relations have both the certainty of evolving in the direction of national rejuvenation and the uncertainty of developing in other directions,so the risk and hidden dangers in the ethnic field are inevitable.Therefore,in the process of comprehensively advancing national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization,it is necessary not only to timely and properly address various issues in interethnic relations,but also to actively shape inter-ethnic relations,so as to build a new form of inter-ethnic relations that is compatible with national rejuvenation.To achieve this end,it is essential to develop a theoretical discourse on domestic ethnic groups and inter-ethnic relations within the framework of the Chinese nation,and promote the transformation of national narrative from the ethnic minority-centered theory to the holistic theory of the Chinese nation.
