摘　　要：目的旨在探讨新型血脂指标非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(NHHR)与美国高血压患者抑郁之间的关系。方法以2007年~2018年美国国家健康和营养检查调查(NHANES)中的美国高血压患者为研究对象,使用患者健康问卷-9(PHQ-9)评估抑郁症状,采用多因素Logistic回归分析探究NHHR与高血压患者抑郁之间的关系,并通过亚组和敏感性分析检验结果的稳健性。结果本研究共纳入10486例美国高血压患者,其中1251例(11.94%)患有抑郁症。Logistic回归显示,高NHHR水平是美国高血压患者抑郁的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。亚组分析进一步验证了NHHR与美国高血压患者抑郁之间的关系在不同亚组中均存在。结论通过横断面研究发现,NHHR水平较高会增加美国高血压患者患抑郁症的风险。Objective This study aims to investigate the relationship between the non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(NHHR)and depression in American hypertensive patients.Methods The study population consisted of hypertensive patients from the national health and nutrition examination survey(NHANES)in the United States from 2007 to 2018.Depressive symptoms were assessed using the patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9).The relationship between NHHR and depression in hypertensive patients was investigated using multivariable Logistic regression analysis,and the robustness of the results was tested through subgroup and sensitivity analyses.Results A total of 10486 hypertensive patients were included in this study,of which 1251(11.94%)had depression.Logistic regression revealed that a high NHHR level is an independent risk factor for depression in hypertensive patients in the United States(P<0.05).Subgroup analysis further confirmed the existence of the relationship between NHHR and depression among hypertensive patients across different subgroups.Conclusion This cross-sectional study found that a higher NHHR level is associated with an increased risk of depression in hypertensive patients in the United States.
