摘　　要：目的调查腹膜后肿瘤患者的支持性照护需求现状,并分析其主要影响因素,为制定科学合理、个性化的支持性照护方案提供科学依据。方法于2023年1月~2024年6月,在青岛市和北京市的两家三级甲等医院中,采用便利抽样方法选取166例RPT患者作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查问卷、癌症患者支持性照护需求简明问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表、领悟社会支持量表、患者报告结局的经济毒性综合评分量表为调查工具,通过单因素分析及多元线性回归分析调查其现状及影响因素。结果腹膜后肿瘤患者支持性照护需求得分为81.67±29.71分,位于中等水平。多元线性回归分析表明,腹膜后肿瘤患者支持性照护需求的主要影响因素为睡眠状况、是否复发、焦虑、经济毒性。结论腹膜后肿瘤患者支持性照护需求呈中等水平,未来临床医护人员可结合相关影响因素尽早识别出需求水平较高的患者,提供有针对性的支持性照顾模式,以期提高患者的康复效果。Objective We identified the current level of supportive care needs of patients with retroperitoneal tumor,and explored its influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of precise and personalized nursing measures.Methods A total of 166 patients with retroperitoneal tumor from two tertiary-level A hospitals in Qingdao and Beijing from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling.The general information questionnaire,the supportive care need survey short form,the hospital anxiety and depression scale,the perceived social support scale,and the comprehensive scores for financial toxicity based on the patient-reported outcome measures were used as survey tools.The current status and influencing factors were investigated by univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis.Results The supportive care needs score of patients with retroperitoneal tumor was 81.67±29.71,which was at a medium level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sleep quality,recurrence,anxiety,and economic toxicity were the main influencing factors of the supportive care needs level of RPT patients.Conclusion The supportive care needs of patients with retroperitoneal tumors are at a moderate level.In the future,clinical medical staff can identify patients with higher levels of needs as early as possible based on relevant influencing factors and provide targeted supportive care models in order to improve patients'recovery outcomes.
