长期住院精神分裂症患者自我管理能力的影响因素及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究长期住院精神分裂症患者自我管理能力的影响因素和相关性。方法本文抽选100例长期住院精神分裂症患者作为观察对象,其入院时间为2022年5月~2023年12月间。应用心理弹性量表以及精神分裂症患者自我管理量表完成调查评估工作,收集并整理患者的相关资料,分析影响患者自我管理能力的相关因素。结果患者自我管理能力较差占比为40.00%,单因素分析显示,年龄≥46岁、病程≥5年、住院次数≥5次、不在婚、初中或以下学历、无家庭照顾、心理弹性水平低下是自我管理能力的影响因素,P<0.05;多因素分析显示,心理弹性水平(低下)、无家属照顾、文化水平(初中或以下)、病程(≥5年)、住院次数(≥5次)为影响患者自我管理能力的主要因素,P<0.05。结论长期住院精神分裂症患者的自我管理能力较差,其同患者的心理弹性水平、病程、住院次数、文化水平以及家属照顾情况等因素有关。Objective To investigate the influencing factors and correlations of self-management ability in long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients.Methods This article selected 100 long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia as the observation subjects,whose admission time was between May 2022 and December 2023.Use the psychological resilience scale and the self management scale for schizophrenia patients to complete the survey and evaluation work,collect and organize relevant information of patients,and analyze the factors that affect patients'self-management ability.Results The proportion of patients with poor self-management ability was 40.00%,and univariate analysis showed that age≥46 years,≥5years,≥hospitalization 5 times,not married,junior high school education or below,no family care,and low level of psychological resilience were the influencing factors of self-management ability,P<0.05.Multivariate analysis showed that low psychological resilience,no family care,cultural level(junior high school or below),disease course(≥5 years),and hospitalization times(≥5 times)were the main factors affecting patients'selfmanagement ability,P<0.05.Conclusion Long term hospitalized schizophrenia patients have poor self-management ability,and their psychological resilience level,disease course,and hospitalization times are similar to those of patients.It is related to factors such as cultural level and family care situation.
