4~7岁儿童屏幕暴露现状及其与问题行为的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的屏幕暴露导致的身心问题已成为世界范围内重大的公共心理卫生问题,本研究旨在分析4~7岁儿童屏幕暴露对问题行为的影响,为儿童屏幕暴露的科学指导提供依据。方法通过方便取样,运用电子问卷调查611名4~7岁儿童的屏幕使用状况和儿童问题行为,并进行统计学分析。结果47.00%的儿童开始看屏幕的年龄在2岁前,19.08%的儿童平均每日屏幕暴露时长>2小时。相关分析显示,母亲屏幕暴露时长与儿童屏幕暴露时长、多动症状及问题行为呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,儿童屏幕暴露时长是情绪行为问题的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论幼儿期儿童的屏幕暴露问题普遍存在,呈现低龄化暴露趋势,过度屏幕暴露是造成情绪行为问题的高危因素,不利于儿童身心健康的发展,应针对儿童屏幕暴露现象进行科学指导和干预。Objective Physical and mental problems caused by screen exposure have become a major public mental health problem worldwide,The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of screen exposure on problem behaviors in children aged 4~7 years,and to provide a basis for scientific guidance on children's screen exposure.Methods A total of 611 children aged 4~7 years old were surveyed about screen use and problem behaviors through convenient sampling,and statistical analysis was performed.Results 47.00%of the children started to look at screens before the age of 2 years,and 19.08%of the children had an average daily screen exposure time of>2 hours.Correlation analysis showed that mothers'screen exposure duration was significantly positively correlated with children's screen exposure duration,hyperactivity symptoms and problem behaviors(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that screen exposure was a risk factor for emotional and behavioral problems(P<0.05).Conclusion Excessive screen exposure is a high-risk factor for emotional and behavioral problems,which is not conducive to the development of children's physical and mental health.
