官兵心理应激反应与综合心理行为干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究综合心理行为干预对缓解官兵心理应激反应的作用效果。方法从部队中随机筛选200名官兵作为实验观察对象,以2023年1月~2023年10月为抽取区间,在双盲法原则下分组,对照组所纳入100例被试受常规行为干预,而观察组所纳入的100例则受综合心理行为干预。结果干预前两组SCL-90各指标评分不存在显著差异(P>0.05),而干预后观察组中检出结果更低(P<0.05)。干预前两组SRQ和TCSQ得分不具显著差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组中检出结果更低,但积极应对项目评分展示更高(P<0.05)。组间关于心理弹性和自我效能的评分比较中,观察组检出结果更高(P<0.05)。结论综合心理行为干预的应用能够有效减轻官兵的心理应激反应,改善其负性情绪,使官兵能够以最佳状态投入工作中,有效提高工作效率,保持良好的精神面貌。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention on alleviating the psychological stress response of officers and soldiers.Methods 200 officers and soldiers were randomly selected from the army as experimental observation objects,and from January 2023 to October 2023 was used as the sampling interval and grouped under the principle of double-blind method,100 subjects were included in the control group were subjected to conventional behavioral intervention,and 100 cases included in the observation group were subjected to comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of each index of the SCL-90between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but the results were lower in the observation group after intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SRQ and TCSQ scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the results were lower in the observation group after intervention,but the positive response item score was higher(P<0.05).In the comparison of the scores of resilience and self-efficacy between groups,the results were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention can effectively alleviate the psychological stress response of officers and soldiers,improve their recovery emotions,enable them to engage in work in the best state,effectively improve work efficiency,and maintain a good mental outlook.
