肺癌化疗患者心理一致感、自我效能、社会支持与病耻感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探究肺癌化疗患者心理一致感、自我效能、社会支持与病耻感的相关性。方法选择2022年4月~2024年4月江苏省人民医院宿迁医院呼吸与危重症医学科90例肺癌化疗患者作为研究对象,均采用心理一致感-13量表(SOC-13)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、肺癌患者病耻感量表(CLCSS)进行问卷调查,分别评价患者心理一致感、自我效能、社会支持与病耻感情况,采用Pearson相关分析四者的相关性。结果肺癌化疗患者的病耻感CLCSS评分较高,平均CLCSS评分69.27±9.56分。肺癌化疗患者心理一致感、自我效能、社会支持评分较低,平均SOC-13评分61.93±7.86分、平均GSES总分评分27.09±4.73分、平均SSRS评分40.13±5.83分。经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,肺癌化疗患者心理一致感、自我效能、社会支持各维度评分、总评分均与病耻感各维度评分、总评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者的心理一致感、自我效能、社会支持与病耻感之间存在显著负相关关系,表明提高患者的心理一致感、自我效能和社会支持水平可能有助于降低其病耻感。Objective To explore the correlation between psychological consistency,self-efficacy,social support,and shame in lung cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods A total of 90 lung cancer chemotherapy patients from the First People's Hospital of Suqian City from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were surveyed using the sense of coherence scale-13(SOC-13),general self efficacy scale(GSES),social support rating scale(SSRS),and cataldo lung cancer stigma scale(CLCSS)to evaluate their psychological consistency,selfefficacy,social support,and shame.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the four.Results The results showed that patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy had a higher CLCSS score,with an average CLCSS score of 69.27±9.56.The psychological consistency,self-efficacy,and social support scores of lung cancer chemotherapy patients are relatively low,with an average SOC-13 score 61.93±7.86,an average GSES total score 27.09±4.73,and an average SSRS score 40.13±5.83.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of psychological consistency,self-efficacy,and social support in lung cancer chemotherapy patients were negatively correlated with the scores of various dimensions and total scores of shame(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant negative correlation between psychological consistency,selfefficacy,social support,and shame in lung cancer chemotherapy patients,indicating that improving patients'levels of psychological consistency,selfefficacy,and social support may help reduce their shame.
