重症肺炎患儿父母感知脆弱程度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重症肺炎患儿父母感知脆弱程度及其影响因素。方法选取2022年3月~2024年3月黔西南州人民医院收治的102例重症肺炎患儿父母为研究对象,均采用父母感知脆弱程度量表(CVS)中文版评估父母感知脆弱程度,并收集患儿父母年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、工作状态、独生子女、医疗付费方式、合并焦虑或抑郁情绪、社会支持度等多方面基础资料,选择多元线性回归分析,获得影响重症肺炎患儿父母感知脆弱程度的高危因素。正态计量资料以t检验。结果102例患儿父母CVS评分为12.85±1.24分;单因素显示,家属关系、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、合并焦虑或抑郁情绪、社会支持度与重症肺炎患儿父母感知脆弱程度有关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,家属关系母亲、高中及以下、家庭人均月收入<5000元/月、合并焦虑或抑郁情绪、社会支持度一般为影响重症肺炎患儿父母感知脆弱程度的高危因素(P<0.001)。结论重症肺炎患儿父母感知脆弱程度受家属关系母亲、高中及以下、家庭人均月收入<5000元/月、合并焦虑或抑郁情绪、社会支持度一般影响,需高度重视,开展针对性干预,降低感知脆弱程度水平。Objective To explore the perceived vulnerability of parents of children with severe pneumonia and its influencing factors.Methods Parents of 102 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Parents'perceived vulnerability scale(CVS)was used to assess parents'perceived vulnerability.The age,education level,monthly income per capita,working status,single child,medical payment method,anxiety or depression,social support and other basic data of parents of children with severe pneumonia were collected.Multiple linear regression analysis was selected to obtain the risk factors affecting the perceived vulnerability of parents of children with severe pneumonia.The t test was used for normal measurement data.Results The CVS score of parents of 102 patients was 12.85±1.24.Single factor showed that family relationship,education level,per capita monthly income,combined anxiety or depression,social support were related to the perceived vulnerability of parents with severe pneumonia(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family relation mother,high school and below,household per capita monthly income<5000 yuan/month,combined anxiety or depression and social support degree were the risk factors affecting the perceived vulnerability of parents of children with severe pneumonia(P<0.001).Conclusion The perceived vulnerability of parents of children with severe pneumonia is generally affected by family relationship mother,high school or below,family per capita income<5000 yuan/month,combined with anxiety or depression,and social support.Therefore,it is necessary to pay great attention and carry out targeted intervention to reduce the perceived vulnerability level.
