摘　　要：目的对腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者照顾者决策疲劳进行剖面分析,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2022年7月~2024年6月于某三甲医院就诊的256例腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者照顾者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、决策疲劳量表及一般自我效能感量表进行调查。结果腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者照顾者决策疲劳共包含高决策疲劳组和低决策疲劳组2个潜在剖面,高决策疲劳组的照顾者占比较大。照顾者的文化程度、对疾病相关知识的了解程度、对治疗方案的了解程度和自我效能感均是腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者照顾者决策疲劳潜在剖面的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医护人员应重点关注高决策疲劳组的腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者照顾者,并针对影响因素制定个性化的干预方案,以减轻其负担。Objective To analyze the profile of decision fatigue in caregivers of patients with lumbar compression fractures,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 256 caregivers of patients with conservative treatment of lumbar compression fractures in a grade-A hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire,decision fatigue scale and general selfefficacy scale were used to investigate.Results Caregiver decision fatigue for conservative treatment of lumbar compression fractures included two potential profiles:high decision fatigue group and low decision fatigue group,and the caregivers in the high decision fatigue group accounted for a larger proportion.Caregiver education,knowledge of the disease,knowledge of treatment options and self-efficacy were all factors influencing the potential profile of caregiver decision-making fatigue for conservative treatment of lumbar compression fractures(P<0.05).Conclusion Healthcare professionals should focus on caregivers of patients with conservative treatment of lumbar compression fractures in the high-decision fatigue group and develop individualized intervention programs for influencing factors to reduce their burden.
