居住流动性与青年社区志愿参与:邻里互动的调节作用

摘　　要：目的本研究主要探讨居住流动性与青年社区志愿参与的关系,同时分析这一关系是否受到邻里互动的调节。方法2023年11月,采用居住流动性问卷、社区志愿参与问卷以及邻里互动问卷通过Credamo数据收集平台对全国范围内867名青年进行问卷调查。结果(1)居住流动性与青年社区志愿参与呈显著负相关、与邻里互动呈显著负相关,邻里互动与社区志愿参与呈显著正相关(均P<0.05);(2)邻里互动在居住流动性与社区志愿参与的关系间起调节作用(P<0.05)。结论居住流动性与社区志愿参与之间的关系受邻里互动的调节,邻里互动能够减少居住流动性对青年社区志愿参与的负向影响。Objective This study mainly explores the relationship between residential mobility and youth community volunteer participation,and analyzes whether this relationship is moderated by neighborhood interaction.Methods In November 2023,867 young people across the country were surveyed by means of residence mobility questionnaire,community volunteer participation questionnaire and neighborhood interaction questionnaire through Credamo data collection platform.Results(1)Residential mobility was significantly negatively correlated with youth community volunteering and neighborhood interaction,and there was a significant positive correlation between neighborhood interaction and community volunteering(both P<0.05).(2)Neighborhood interaction played a moderating role in the relationship between residential mobility and community volunteering(P<0.05).Conclusion The relationship between residential mobility and community volunteer participation is moderated by neighborhood interaction,which can weaken the negative impact of residential mobility on youth community volunteer participation.
