摘  要:目的探讨特质正念与大学生抑郁之间的关系及其潜在的作用机制。方法基于抑郁的认知理论和正念的监控与接受理论,对1238名大学生,采用修订版认知与情感正念量表(CAMS-R)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、情绪调节问卷(ERQ)、感恩问卷(GQ-6)进行问卷调查。结果特质正念对大学生抑郁水平具有显著的负向预测效应,这一影响机制既通过认知重评与表达抑制的中介作用实现,也经由两者的链式中介效应展现;同时,感恩在认知重评和表达抑制的链式中介过程中发挥了负向调节作用。结论本研究揭示了正念如何通过情绪调节策略内在地缓解大学生的抑郁症状,并探讨了感恩在这一过程中的调节效应。这一发现不仅深化了抑郁的认知理论以及正念监控与接受理论的理解,而且为制定针对大学生抑郁的干预策略提供了理论依据。Objective Exploring the relationship between dispositional mindfulness and depression among college students and its potential mechanism.Methods Based on the cognitive theory of depression and the monitoring and theory of mindfulness,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1238 college students using the revised cognitive and affective mindfulness scale(CAMS-R),self-rating depression scale(SDS),emotion regulation questionnaire(ERQ),and gratitude questionnaire(GQ-6).Results Trait mindfulness has a significant negative predictive effect on the depression levels of college students.This effect is mediated by cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression,and also demonstrated through the chain mediation effect of the two.Meanwhile,gratitude plays a negative moderating role in the chain mediation process of cognitive reappraisal and expressive.Conclusion This study reveals how mindfulness intrinsically alleviates depressive symptoms in college students through emotion regulation strategies and explores the moderating effect of gratitude in this process.This finding not only deepens the understanding of cognitive theories of depression and the theory of mindfulness monitoring and acceptance,but also provides a theoretical basis for developing intervention strategies depression in college students.
