大学生性别角色、应对方式、主观幸福感的关系研究——以某医专为例

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生性别角色与主观幸福感的关系,分析应对方式在二者间的具体影响机制。方法采用方便抽样方式,于2024年1月~3月抽取江苏省某医专类院校490名大学生为调查对象,采用主观幸福感量表、中国大学生性别角色调查表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查。结果(1)四种性别角色类型划分由高到低依次为未分化(192人,39.18%)、双性化(179人,36.53%)、女性化(60人,12.24%)、男性化(59人,12.04%)。(2)双性化在积极应对、主观幸福感上得分显著高于男性化、女性化及未分化;不同性别角色差异在消极应对上未达到统计学水平。(3)未分化(对比双性化)对主观幸福感的影响机制中,积极应对起部分中介作用。结论医专大学生中,双性化者主观幸福感水平最高,应对方式最积极;未分化这一性别角色能够直接影响主观幸福感水平,也可以通过影响积极应对水平的方式间接影响主观幸福感。Objective To explore the relationship between gender roles and subjective well-being of college students,and to analyze the specific mechanism of coping styles between them.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,in January to March 2024,490 medical college students from a certain medical college in Jiangsu Province were selected as the survey subjects.The inventory of subjective well-being,Chinese university students'sex-role inventory:50 items and simplified coping style questionnaire were used to investigate.Results(1)From high to low,the four gender role types are undifferentiated(192,39.18%),androgynous(179,36.53%),feminine(60,12.24%)and masculine(59,12.04%).(2)The scores of androgynous in positive coping and subjective well-being were significantly higher than those of masculine,feminine and undifferentiated;The difference of gender roles in negative coping did not reach the statistical level.(3)In the influence mechanism of undifferentiated(compare with androgynous)on subjective well-being,positive coping plays a partial mediating role.Conclusion Among medical college students,androgynous students have the highest level of subjective well-being and the most positive coping style.The gender role of undifferentiated can directly affect the level of subjective well-being,and can also indirectly affect its level through positive coping.
