重复经颅磁刺激联合动力性团体心理治疗在抑郁症自杀倾向患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对抑郁症自杀倾向患者采取重复经颅磁刺激、动力性团体心理治疗联合方案的效果。方法选取2022年5月~2024年5月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的抑郁症自杀倾向患者80例进行研究,以随机数字表法分两组,对照组和观察组各40例,分别予以重复经颅磁刺激治疗和重复经颅磁刺激联合动力性团体心理治疗,对两组治疗效果及神经递质水平进行比较。正态计量资料以t检验。结果两组治疗前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、负性自动思维量表(ATQ)、Beck自杀意念量表中文版(BSI-CV)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评分无显著差异(P>0.05),经治疗后,两组评分比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗前,血清γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)及多巴胺(DA)组间无差异(P>0.05),与对照组治疗后对比,观察组上述指标均更高(P<0.05)。结论在抑郁症自杀倾向患者治疗中,采用重复经颅磁刺激联合动力性团体心理治疗可有效改善其抑郁程度,减轻自杀倾向,调节神经递质水平,提高生活质量。Objective To explore Analyze the application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and dynamic group psychological therapy in depression.Methods A total of 80 patients with depression and suicidal tendencies admitted to Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital From May 2022 to May 2024 were studied,and divided into two groups by random number table method,40 patients in each control group and observation group,respectively,were given repetitive TMS and repeated TMS combined with dynamic group psychotherapy,and the therapeutic effects and neurotransmitter levels were compared between the two groups.The t test was used for normal measurement data.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),automatic thoughts questionnaire(ATQ),Beck suicidal ideation scale Chinese version(BSI-CV),and World Health Organization quality of life inventory short form(QOL-BREF)between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference in scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA),serotonin(5-HT),and dopamine(DA)levels between the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group showed higher levels of these indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with dynamic group psychotherapy can effectively improve the degree of depression,reduce the suicidal tendency,regulate the level of neurotransmitter and improve the quality of life in patients with depression and suicidal tendency.
