团体沙盘游戏对抑郁症患者应对方式及抑郁程度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析抑郁症患者采取团体沙盘游戏干预对其应对方式及抑郁程度的影响。方法选取满足本次调查的70例抑郁症患者,所有患者均来自胶州市心理康复医院,调查时间为2023年2月~2024年6月,根据随机数字表法划分两组,药物治疗为对照组,药物疗法上搭配团体沙盘游戏为观察组。对比两组抑郁症患者抑郁病情改善效果及应对方式,并调查两组患者社会功能。正态计量资料以t检验,计数资料以x2检验。结果两组干预前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)及住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05),应对方式优于对照组(P<0.05),IPROS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。应对方式治疗前后比较,观察组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他指标治疗前后对比差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者在抗抑郁治疗同时联合团体沙盘游戏治疗可促进抑郁病症减轻,并改善患者的社会功能及应对方式。Objective To analyze the impact of group sandbox game intervention on coping strategies and depression levels in patients with depression.Methods 70 depression patients who met the requirements of this survey were selected,all of whom came from Jiaozhou Psychological Rehabilitation Hospital.The survey period was from February 2023 to June 2024.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received drug treatment,and the observation group received drug therapy combined with group sandbox games.The improvement effect and coping strategies of depression in the two groups were compared,and the social function of the two groups of patients was investigated.Normal measurement data is tested using t-test,while count data is tested using x~2 test.Results There was no statistically significant difference in Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation observing scale(IPROS)scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the coping strategies were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05),the IPROS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in coping strategies between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in other indicators before and after treatment.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of antidepressant treatment and group sandplay therapy can promote the reduction of depressive symptoms and improve patients'social functioning and coping strategies in patients with depression.
