摘　　要：目的分析脑出血后偏瘫患者实施罗伊适应模式结合康复训练对患者病耻感、心理韧性的影响。方法选取100例脑出血后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,均于2023年1月~2024年10月在本院接受治疗,采用摸球法分组,黑球分到观察组(n=50),白球分到对照组(n=50)。对照组行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上实施罗伊适应模式护理。对护理前后两组的病耻感(SSS)、心理韧性(CD-RISC)、生活质量(SIS)与护理后的满意度进行观察。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x2检验。结果组间SSS评分比较,护理前组间差异甚微(P>0.05);护理后评分更低的为观察组(P<0.05);组间CD-RISC评分、SIS评分对比,护理前组间数据差异甚微(P>0.05);护理后观察组评分更高(P<0.05);两组护理满意率比较,观察组较高(P<0.05)。结论脑出血后偏瘫患者接受罗伊适应模式结合康复训练护理,可改善患者的病耻感与不良心理,提高生活质量和护理满意度,获得良好的护理服务体验。Objective To analyze the effects of Roy adaptation model combined with rehabilitation training on stigma and resilience of hemiplegia patients after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the research subjects,all of whom received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to October 2024.They were divided into two groups using the touch ball method,with black balls assigned to the observation group(n=50)and white balls assigned to the control group(n=50).The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received Roy's adaptation mode nursing on this basis.Observe the shame of illness(SSS),resilience(CD-RISC),quality of life(SIS),and post nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing.Normal measurement data were tested by t test,count data were tested by x~2.Results The comparison of SSS scores between groups showed little difference before nursing(P>0.05),the observation group had a lower score after nursing(P<0.05).The comparison of CD-RISC score and SIS score between groups showed little difference in data before nursing(P>0.05);the post nursing observation group had a higher score(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the two nursing groups was compared,and the observation group had a higher satisfaction rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage who receive Roy's adaptation model combined with rehabilitation training nursing can improve their sense of shame and negative psychology,enhance their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and obtain a good nursing service experience.
