摘 要:目的探究图片交换沟通系统(PECS)训练结合康复护理措施应用于孤独症儿童的干预效果。方法选取2022年7月1日~2024年6月30日接收的84例孤独症儿童,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。常规组实施康复护理措施,探究组在常规组基础上增加PECS训练,评估两组孤独症儿童心理发育状况、康复护理配合度及满意度。结果干预后,探究组孤独症儿童行为模式、沟通能力、肢体能力得分均高于常规组(P<0.001)。同时,探究组孤独症儿童情感功能、生活自理能力、社交功能及学习表现得分均高于常规组(P<0.01)。此外,探究组孤独症儿童康复护理配合度(100.00%)、照护人医疗总满意度(97.62%),均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论PECS训练结合康复护理有助于改善孤独症儿童沟通水平,提高患儿康复护理配合度,全面改善其认知与行为。Objective To explore the intervention effect of Picture Exchange Communication System(PECS)training combined with rehabilitation nursing measures on children with autism.Methods From July 1,2022 to June 30,2024,84 children with autism were admitted and divided into groups with 42 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The conventional group carried out rehabilitation nursing measures,and the exploration group carried out PECS training combined with rehabilitation nursing measures.The psychological development of children with autism was evaluated,and the cooperation and satisfaction of rehabilitation nursing between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the behavioral patterns,communication skills,and physical abilities of children with autism in the exploration group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).After the intervention,the emotional function,self-care ability,social function and learning performance of autistic children in the exploration group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).The rehabilitation nursing cooperation of autistic children in the exploration group was 100.00%,and the total medical satisfaction of caregivers was 97.62%,both higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for autistic children combined with PECS training is committed to improving the communication level of children,improving the cooperation of children in rehabilitation nursing,and comprehensively improving cognition and behavior.It has been highly recognized by the patients and is worthy of promotion.
