急诊下肢开放性骨折术后患者自我效能水平调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊下肢开放性骨折术后患者自我效能水平及其影响因素。方法选取2021年1月~2024年1月本院急诊收治的150例急诊下肢开放性骨折手术患者,均采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评估自我效能感,并收集所有患者基础资料,开展多元线性回归分析,获得影响自我效能水平的影响因素。结果150例患者GSES评分为22.54±2.43分;单因素显示,年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、家庭关怀度、社会支持度、术后并发症与自我效能水平有关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、家庭关怀度、社会支持度、术后并发症为影响急诊下肢开放性骨折术后患者自我效能水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论急诊下肢开放性骨折术后患者自我效能水平受年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、家庭关怀度、社会支持度和术后并发症影响,还需高度重视,做好针对性干预,提高患者自我效能水平。Objective To investigate the level of self-efficacy and its influencing factors in patients after emergency open fracture of lower extremity.Methods 150 patients with emergency surgery for open fracture of lower extremity admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024were selected to evaluate self-efficacy by general self-efficacy scale(GSES).Basic data of all patients were collected and multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to obtain the influencing factors of self-efficacy.Results The GSES score of 150 patients was 22.54±2.43.Single factors showed that age,education level,marital status,family per capita monthly income,family caring degree,social support degree and postoperative complications were related to self-efficacy level(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,marital status,family per capita monthly income,family caring degree,social support degree and postoperative complications were the influencing factors on the level of self-efficacy of patients after emergency lower extremity open fracture surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy level of patients after emergency lower extremity open fracture is affected by age,education level,marital status,family per capita monthly income,family caring degree,social support degree and postoperative complications.Therefore,more attention should be paid to it and targeted interventions should be made to improve the selfefficacy level of patients.
