山东省“两全两高”农业机械化现状及发展对策研究——以梁山县为例

摘　　要：针对山东省力争率先建成“两全两高”农业机械化示范省所面临的问题,分析了山东省“两全两高”农业机械化发展现状。以济宁市梁山县为例,探讨了“两全两高”农业机械化发展现状及存在的问题。基于对山东省及梁山县“两全两高”农业机械化发展的分析,提出了山东省“两全两高”农业机械化发展建议,以期为其他地区推进农业机械现代化提供理论基础。结果表明:(1)2017以来,山东省农作物耕种收综合机械化率呈增长趋势,年增速2.5%。(2)近5年来,山东省“两全两高”示范县市数量及占比随时间呈递减规律,在空间分布上主要集中鲁西北、鲁西南、鲁中地区,胶东半岛和鲁南地区相对较少。(3)梁山县农业机械化主要存在畜牧业机械化率较低,林果产业农机化有待发展,农业机械化水平不均衡等问题。In response to Shandong's strive to build the“Two Completions and Two Enhancements”agricultural mechanization demonstration provinces,the problems faced by the provinces of agricultural mechanization were analyzed,and the development status of the“Two Completions and Two Enhancements”agricultural mechanization in Shandong Province was analyzed.Taking Liangshan County,Jining City as an example,it discussed the current status and existing problems of the“Two Completions and Two Enhancements”.Based on the analysis of the development of the“Two Completions and Two Enhancements”agricultural mechanization in Shandong Province and Liangshan County,it proposed the proposal of the development of agricultural mechanization in Shandong Province,in order to provide the theoretical foundation for the modernization of agricultural machinery in other regions.The results show that(1)Since 2017,the comprehensive mechanization rate of crop farming in Shandong Province has grown,with an annual growth rate of 2.5%.(2)In the past five years,the number and proportion of“Two Completions and Two Enhancements”demonstration counties and cities in Shandong Province have decreased over time,and they are mainly concentrated in Northwest Shandong,Southwest Shandong,and Central Shandong,while the Yantai Peninsula and South Shandong are relatively fewer.(3)The main problems in agricultural mechanization in Liangshan County include a relatively low mechanization rate in animal husbandry,the need for further development of agricultural mechanization in the forestry and fruit industry,and an uneven level of agricultural mechanization.
