摘　　要：“文学+旅游”融合是推动乡村全面振兴的强大动力,为乡村带来了新的生机与活力。文章采用文献法和现场调研法,对“文学+旅游”融合与乡村振兴的耦合共生理论进行了总结,并结合清溪村乡村振兴的现状,分析了“文学+旅游”融合下清溪村全面振兴发展的窘境,主要有文学品牌抽象、场景业态单一、公共服务欠缺、专业人才匮乏等,对此提出了“文学+旅游”融合下清溪村全面振兴的实践进路:完善多元共赢的体制机制、优化空间结构、构建活动矩阵、壮大产业发展、深化景区管理、科技赋能激活旅游活力和实施从业人员综合素质提升工程。以此推动清溪村全面振兴的发展,将清溪村打造成“新时代乡村巨变”的典范。The integration of 'Literature and Tourism' serves as a powerful catalyst for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, bringing new life and vitality to the countryside. This article utilizes literature review and field research methods to summarize the coupling and symbiotic mechanism between 'Literature and Tourism' integration and rural revitalization. By examining the current status of rural revitalization in Qingxi Village, the article analyzes the challenges faced in achieving comprehensive development under this integration. These challenges include abstract literary branding, a monotonous business environment, inadequate public services, and a shortage of professional talent. In response, the article proposes practical approaches for the comprehensive revitalization of Qingxi Village through 'Literature and Tourism' integration: improving a system of diverse and mutually beneficial mechanisms, optimizing the spatial structure, constructing an activity matrix, expanding industry development, deepen the management of scenic spots,leveraging technology to invigorate tourism, and implementing a comprehensive quality enhancement program for workers. This strategy aims to propel the development of Qingxi Village, transforming it into a model of 'Great changes in villages in the new era'.
