摘 要:随着我国经济的快速发展,工业发展规模日益扩大,冷却循环水系统在工业生产中所扮演的角色也越来越重要。在绝大多数的工业生产活动中,都需要冷却循环水来保证生产设备的正常运转。而在现有工业生产活动中,普遍存在因冷却循环水系统选用不合适而导致企业生产成本过高、耗能过大等问题,直接影响了企业的生产效益。针对该问题,本文对工业常用的冷却循环水系统类型进行归纳总结,将不同种类系统的优缺点进行介绍,并从使用需求、经济性、环保性三方面介绍了选用不同系统的考虑因素,希望能为工厂设计时选用合适的冷却循环水系统提供参考依据,提高企业的生产效益。With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing scale of industrial development,the role of cooling and circulating water systems in industrial production becomes more and more important.In most industrial production activities,cooling circulating water is needed to ensure the normal operation of production equipment.In existing industrial production activities,there are common problems such as high production costs and excessive energy consumption caused by inappropriate selection of cooling and circulating water systems,which directly affect the production efficiency of enterprises.In response to this issue,this article summarizes the commonly used types of cooling and circulating water systems in industry,introduces the advantages and disadvantages of different types of systems,and introduces the considerations for selecting different systems from three aspects:usage requirements,economy,and environmental protection.It is hoped that this can provide a reference basis for selecting appropriate cooling and circulating water systems in factory design,to improve the production efficiency of enterprises.
