地方高校教师社会化科普服务现状及其对策

摘  要:高校教师作为高校科普工作的主力军,他们对科普内涵和本校科普资源认识不足,从事科普服务渠道不畅以及激励措施不完善,均是地方高校教师从事社会化科普服务所面临的问题。因此,高校要以高校科协(高等学校科学技术协会)为中心,加强科普宣传和教师科普服务队伍建设,完善科普绩效评价和激励措施,以激发教师参与科普服务的积极性和主动性。此外,教师也要积极将科普融入日常教学与科研中,通过新媒体和AI技术,提升科普服务能力,扩大科普影响力。College teachers play a crucial role in colleges'popular science work.However,the lack of understanding of popular science content,limited awareness of available college resources,insufficient channels for delivering popular science services,and inadequate incentive measures are all problems faced by college teachers,who are engaging in socialized popular science services.To solve these prolems,colleges and universities should focus on the college association of science and technology to strengthen popular science publicity and the construction of teachers'popular science service teams;improve the evaluation and incentive measures for popular science.These measures can stimulate teachers'enthusiasm and initiative to participate in popular science services.Simultaneously,College teachers should strive to incorporate popular science into their daily teaching and research activities,improve the service ability of science popularization through new media and AI technology,and expand the influence of science popularization.
