摘 要:设计了一种基于射频能量自供能可超长时间工作的温度监测传感器节点,主要包括Patch天线、整流模块、电源管理模块、温度模块。所设计的Patch天线带宽为380 MHz、中心频率点增益为7.6 dB、回波损耗(VSWR)为-29.25 dB;整流模块有效输入范围内可连接任意标准阻抗天线使用,整流效率维持在50%以上,接收功率为3 dBm时整流效率最高达到64.3%;2 m以内系统冷启动时间不超过85.6 s,温度模块可以每隔1 s发送一次温度数据,并且工作寿命远远长于传统传感器节点。实物制作完成后分别在实验室及温室大棚中进行实验验证,结果表明,设计的传感器节点具有收集距离长、启动时间短、适配性高、工作寿命长的特点,使传感器节点彻底摆脱了传统供电模式的限制,具有应用参考价值。A temperature monitoring sensor node based on RF energy harvesting for long-term operation has been designed,comprising a patch antenna,a rectifier module,a power management module,and a temperature module.The designed patch antenna has a bandwidth of 380 MHz,a gain of 7.6 dB at the center frequency,and a voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)of-29.25 dB.The rectifier module can be connected to any standard impedance antenna within its effective input range,maintaining a rectification efficiency of over 50%.The highest rectification efficiency reaches 64.3%when the received power is 3 dBm.The cold start-up time of the system within 2 meters does not exceed 85.6 seconds.The temperature module can transmit temperature data every 1 second,and its operational lifespan signif-icantly exceeds that of traditional sensor nodes.Experimental validations are conducted in both laboratory and greenhouse environments after the physical fabrication.The results demonstrate that the designed sensor node possesses characteristics of long-range data collec-tion,short start-up time,high adaptability,and long operational lifespan,thereby liberating the sensor node from the limitations of con-ventional power supply modes.It holds valuable application references.
