摘  要:运动想象(MI)具有激活大脑皮层细胞、促进神经重塑的潜力,由于运动障碍患者皮层受损,难于准确完成MI任务,研究了经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对MI的影响。设计了4种不同的刺激和MI组合范式,选用脑电信号相关去同步化(ERD)、功率谱密度(PSD)特征以及聚类系数,研究了tDCS不同范式对MI脑电信号的影响,用支持向量机(SVM)验证tDCS后的MI分类准确度。得出tDCS刺激后,左、右手MI任务中mu节律ERD特征均得到增强,tDCS组左右手运动想象平均分类准确率分别为88.95%和88.43%,较伪刺激组显著提高。结果表明,tDCS能显著提高MI-BCI的识别率、改善脑机接口(BCI)的性能,为运动障碍患者康复提供了更多可行的技术手段。Motor imagery(MI)has the potential to activate cortical cells and promote neural remodeling.Due to cortical damage in patients with motor disorders,it is difficult to accurately complete motor imagery tasks.The effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)on MI is investigated.Four different combinations of stimulus and motor imagination paradigms are designed,and EEG signal correlation desynchronization(ERD),power spectral density(PSD)and cluster coefficient features are selected to study the impact of tDCS paradigms on MI EEG signals.Support vector machine(SVM)is used to verify the accuracy of MI classification after tDCS.After receiving tDCS stimulation,the ERD features of mu rhythm in both left and right hand MI tasks are enhanced,and the average classification accuracy val-ues of left and right hand MI in the tDCS group is 88.95%and 88.43%respectively,significantly improved compared to the pseudo stimu-lation group.The results indicate that tDCS can significantly improve the recognition rate of MI-BCI and the performance of Brain Comput-er Interface(BCI),providing more feasible technical means for the rehabilitation of patients with motor disorders.
