基于ZIF-7的D-柠檬烯分子印迹压电传感器的设计及气敏性能研究

摘  要:为了快速、无损、高灵敏地检测柑橘是否受到橘小实蝇的侵染,将挥发性气体D-柠檬烯作为主要的虫害标志物,设计和制备了基于ZIF-7的D-柠檬烯分子印迹聚合物(MIP@ZIF-7),滴涂在金电极上制成MIP@ZIF-7-QCM传感器,采用自主研发的气体检测系统测试了传感器的气敏性能,结果表明:ZIF-7的添加显著提高了所制备的MIP@ZIF-7-QCM传感器对D-柠檬烯气体的响应,在质量浓度为600~1800 mg/m^(3)范围内对呈良好的线性响应,灵敏度为0.141 Hz/(mg·m^(3)),是未添加ZIF-7的MIP-QCM传感器的10倍,并且,传感器的响应时间缩短了3/5,恢复时间缩短了1/4。连续测试5次的RSD为2.80%,重复性为97.19%,1个月前后的响应下降率为2.25%~4.31%,具有良好的选择性、重复性和长期稳定性。此外,传感器对次要的虫害标志性气体(芳樟醇、癸醛、α-蒎烯)也有响应,但灵敏度仅为D-柠檬烯的60%、47%和55%。To quickly,nondestructively and high sensitively detect whether citrus is infested by Bactrocera dorsalis,the volatile gas D-limonene is used as the main marker,and the ZIF-7 based molecularly imprinted polymer of D-limonene(MIP@ZIF-7)is designed and prepared,and drop-coated on a gold electrode to make a MIP@ZIF-7-QCM sensor,and the gas-sensitive performance of the sensor is tested by using a self-developed gas detection system.The results show that the addition of ZIF-7 significantly improved the response of the prepared MIP@ZIF-7-QCM sensor to D-limonene gas,with a good linear response in the range of 600~1800 mg/m^(3),with a sen-sitivity of 0.141 Hz/(mg·m^(3)),which was 10 times the sensitivity of the MIP-QCM sensor without ZIF-7.What's more,the response time of the sensor is shortened by 3/5 and the recovery time is shortened by 1/4.The RSD of 5 consecutive tests is 2.80%,the repro-ducibility is 97.19%,and the decrease rate of the response before and after 1 month ranges from 2.25%to 4.31%,demonstrats good se-lectivity,reproducibility,and long-term stability.In addition,the sensor also respondes to minor secondary markers(linalool,decanal,andα-pinene),but the sensitivity values are only 60%,47%,and 55%that of D-limonene.
