摘　　要：固有淋巴样细胞是先天黏膜免疫的重要组成部分,通过分泌效应细胞因子和调节其他免疫细胞的功能参与免疫应答。它们在转录因子和分泌细胞因子方面与辅助性T细胞相似,但同时也具有一些独特的功能。不同固有淋巴样细胞亚群依据各自特点在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中发挥不同的作用,与适应性淋巴细胞相比,固有淋巴样细胞在淋巴组织中相对较少,只占肺部免疫细胞的一小部分,但这些淋巴细胞对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发生、发展起着至关重要的作用。本文主要就固有淋巴样细胞在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的作用及相关研究进展进行综述。Innate lymphoid cells are an important part of innate mucosal immunity and participate in immune response by secreting effector cytokines and regulating the functions of other immune cells.They are similar to T helper cells in transcription factors and secretory cytokines,but they also have some unique functions.Different innate lymphocyte subsets play different roles in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)according to their respective characteristics.Compared with adaptive lymphocyte,innate lymphocyte is relatively less in lymphoid tissue,accounting for only a small part of lung immune cells,but these lymphocyte cells play a crucial role in the development and progression of COPD.In this paper,the role of innate lymphoid cells in COPD and the related research progress were reviewed.
