摘 要:使用阳极氧化法和浸渍法制备改性石墨毡阴极(CB/PTFE-AOGF).采用多种手段研究了CB/PTFE-AOGF阴极的物理化学性质,并研究了CB/PTFE-AOGF阴极非均相电芬顿法对酸析后碱减量废水的降解性能.结果表明,炭黑与聚四氟乙烯质量比为1∶5的CB/PTFE-AOGF阴极的电流响应最高,在pH=7,电流密度为6 mA·cm^(-2)的条件下,反应60 min的H_(2)O_(2)产量达6.6 mmol·L^(-1).由于在其表面引入了亲水性官能团COOH和OH,CB/PTFE-AOGF的亲水性得到提高.在非均相电芬顿体系中,pH=7,电流密度为6 mA·cm^(-2),催化剂投加量为1.0 g·L^(-1)时,60 min后废水的COD去除率达到86.6%,B/C值由0.25提高为0.436.以上结果表明,CB/PTFE-AOGF阴极非均相电芬顿法在实际废水处理以及提高废水可生化性方面具有较好的应用前景.The graphite felt cathode(CB/PTFE-AOGF)was modifed through anodization and impregnation to enhance its performance in wastewater treatment.The physical and chemical properties of CB/PTFE-AOGF cathode and its application in heterogeneous electro Fenton for the treatment of alkali reduced wastewater following acid precipitation were investigated.The results showed that the CB/PTFE-AOGF cathode,with a mass ratio of 1∶5 between carbon black and polytetrafluoroethylene,had the highest current response.At pH 7 and a current density of 6 mA·cm^(-2),H_(2)O_(2)production after a 60-min reaction reached 6.6 mmol·L^(-1).Due to the introduction of hydrophilic functional groups COOH and OH on the cathode’s surface,the hydrophilicity of CB/PTFE-AOGF is improved.In a heterogeneous electro Fenton system,by maintaining a pH of 7,applying a current density of 6 mA·cm^(-2),and incorporating a catalyst dosage of 1.0 g·L^(-1),the COD removal rate of the wastewater reached 86.6%within 60 minutes,and the B/C value increased from 0.25 to 0.436.These findings indicate that the CB/PTFE-AOGF cathode,when utilized within a heterogeneous electro Fenton,has good application prospects in actual wastewater treatment and for improving wastewater biodegradability.
