摘  要:HQ公司水泥磨联合粉磨系统运行电耗高,诊断分析认为存在以下问题:原料粒径大、辅机电耗高、辊压机做功偏低、V选选粉效率低、磨机粉磨效率低、选粉机循环负荷高等。针对性地开展系统改造:源头降低原料粒径;充分利用现在设备实现系统风量互补,降低辅机电耗;选粉机粗粉回辊压机,优化V选内外部结构,提高辊压机系统有效做功;减少磨内缓冲层改造,提升磨内粉磨效率;优化操作。改造结果:系统产量由129 t/h提升至174 t/h;粉磨电耗由28.7 kWh/t降至24.4 kWh/t。The high energy consumption of HQ Company's cement combined grinding system was attributed to issues including large raw material particle size,high auxiliary power consumption,low roller press efficiency.poor v-separator performance,low mill grinding efficiency,and high separator circulating load.Targcted modifications included reducing rawmaterial particlc sizc,optimizing systcm airflow to lowerauxiliary power consumption,redirecting separator coarsepowder to the roller press.improving v-separator structure,reducing internal mill buffering layers,and operational adjustmcnts.Post-modification results showed a system output increase from 129 th to 174 th andgrinding energy consumption reduction from 28.7 kWh/t to 24.4 kWh/t.
