摘  要:教育类博士是学术型教育学博士与专业型教育博士的合称,将其作为一个群体研究有利于发现不同学位类型的博士生在科研产出影响因素方面的异同,为博士生的培养提供决策依据。用质性研究方法对L高校的22名教育类博士生展开研究,发现他们的科研产出受科研动机、学术基础、学习机会、客观条件等因素的制约。可以从把握科研动机,调整学习心态;完善培养体系,提升学术基础;注重环境构建,丰富学习机会;加强制度支持,优化外部条件等四方面入手,优化博士生的科研环境,提升博士生的科研能力,促进博士生的科研成果的产出。Doctorate in Education is a combination of academic and professional education PhDs. Investigating them as a group is beneficial for discovering the similarities and differences in factors affecting research output among doctoral students of different degree types, and providing decision-making basis for the cultivation of doctoral students. A qualitative research method was used to interview 22 education doctoral students at L University, and it was found that their research output is constrained by factors such as research motivation, academic foundation, learning opportunities, and objective conditions. One can adjust their learning mindset by grasping their research motivation, improve the training system and enhance academic foundation, pay attention to environmental construction and enrich learning opportunities. Additionally, it should strengthen institutional support, optimize external conditions, improve the research environment for doctoral students, enhance their research capabilities, and promote the output of doctoral research results.
