摘 要:工程问题的复杂性和系统性使得工程教育越来越关注对学生创新意识和设计思维的培养。新加坡国立大学设计与工程学院针对本科生推出了创新与设计计划,使学生在四年的本科学习中围绕设计项目完成模块学习,并最终获得能够运用工程知识解决现实世界真实问题的能力。通过分析计划实施的具体情况和成功经验,得出对我国工程教育的启示:强化工科课程设置的延续性;培养学生的团队合作能力;探索本科阶段学生工程设计能力培养模式;提供多样的人才培养计划;关注多学科工程人才培养。The complexity and systematic nature of engineering problems make engineering education pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness and design thinking. The College of Design and Engineering(CDE) at the National University of Singapore(NUS) has launched the Innovation and Design Programme for undergraduates, enabling students to complete module learning around design projects in four years of undergraduate study, and finally acquire the ability to apply engineering knowledge to solve real-world problems. By analyzing the specific situation and successful experience of the implementation of the plan, the enlightenment for engineering education in my country is drawn: strengthening the continuity of engineering curriculum;cultivating students' teamwork ability;exploring undergraduate engineering design ability training mode;providing a variety of talent training plan;focusing on the cultivation of multidisciplinary engineering talents.
