摘 要:以醇胺化合物、乳酸钠、氧氯化锆等为主要原料,合成了一种复合有机锆交联剂,并与自制的乳液型聚丙烯酰胺组合制备了适用于海上压裂的海水基交联型聚合物压裂液。通过红外和核磁光谱表征了复合有机锆交联剂结构。考察了海水基交联型聚合物压裂液的耐温耐剪切性能、黏弹性、滤失性能以及静态携砂性能。实验结果表明:由1.2%乳液型聚丙烯酰胺和0.4%复合有机锆交联剂组成的海水基交联型聚合物压裂液在110℃、剪切速率170 s^(-1)条件下剪切120 min后,黏度可达50 mPa·s以上;滤失系数为0.525×10^(-3) m/min 1/2;静态携砂120 min无沉降,综合性能优于海水基胍胶压裂液。海水基交联型聚合物压裂液在中国南海东部某油田进行了现场应用,施工排量2.5 m^(3)/min,最高砂比42%,取得了良好的应用效果。A composite organic zirconium crosslinking agent was synthesized with alcohol amine compounds,sodium lactate,and zirconium oxychloride as main raw materials,and was combined with a self-made emulsion-type polyacrylamide to form a seawater-based crosslinked polymer fracturing fluid suitable for offshore fracturing.The structure of the composite organic zirconium crosslinking agent was characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The temperature and shear resistance,viscoelasticity,filtration performance,and static sand-carrying capacity of the seawater-based crosslinked polymer fracturing fluid were investigated.The experimental results showed that the viscosity of seawater-based crosslinked polymer fracturing fluid composed of 1.2%emulsion-type polyacrylamide and 0.4%composite organic zirconium crosslinking agent could reach more than 50 mPa·s after 120 minutes shearing at 110℃with a shear rate of 170 s^(-1);the filtration coefficient was 0.525×10^(-3) m/min 1/2;there was no sedimentation after static sand carrying for 120 min.The comprehensive performance of seawater based cross-linked polymer fracturing fluid is superior to that of seawater based guar gum fracturing fluid.The seawater-based crosslinked polymer fracturing fluid was applied on-site in an oilfield in the eastern South China Sea,with a construction displacement of 2.5 m^(3)/min and a maximum sand ratio of 42%,achieving good application results.
