摘  要:采用纳米颗粒尺寸在50~100μm的硅溶胶作为主剂,30%~40%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为分散剂,研制了一种适用于特稠油的新型耐温抗盐纳米驱油体系,同时加入2%~3%(质量分数)的改性剂钛酸酯偶联剂及1%~2%(质量分数)的增效剂磺酸盐表面活性剂对纳米颗粒表面进行改性优化。结果表明:该驱油体系对特稠油降黏率大于99%,在矿化度15000 mg/L、温度350℃条件下对特稠油降黏性能保留率大于99%。可有效降低油水界面张力至10^(-2)mN/m,油湿性岩石表面经该体系处理后,可转变为强水湿。微观及一维实验表明:该纳米驱油体系较单一热水驱可显著提高驱油体系的波及面积,当质量分数大于0.3%时,可在热水驱基础上,可提高稠油采收率大于20%。A new temperature and salt resistant nanoflooding system suitable for heavy oil was developed using silica sol with nanoparticle sizes ranging from 50-100μm as the main agent and 30%-40%(mass fraction)alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as the dispersant.At the same time,2%-3%(mass fraction)of modifier titanate ester coupling agent and 1%-2%(mass fraction)of enhancer sulfonate surfactant were added to modify and optimize the surface of the nanoparticles.The results show that the oil displacement system has a viscosity reduction rate of over 99%for extra heavy oil,and a retention rate of over 99%for the viscosity reduction performance of extra heavy oil under the condition a mineralization degree of 15000 mg/L and a temperature of 350℃.It can effectively reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water to 10^(-2)mN/m.After treatment with this system,the surface of oil wet rocks can be transformed into strong water wet.Microscopic and one-dimensional experiments have shown that compared to a single hot water displacement system,the nano oil displacement system can significantly increase the swept area of the oil displacement system.When the concentration is greater than 0.3%,the recovery rate of heavy oil can be increased by more than 20%on the basis of hot water displacement.
