摘  要:通过将表面活性剂包裹在微球结构中制备了功能性缓释微球,进行了配方优化和驱油效果实验评价。结果表明:调节功能单体丙烯酸加入量从2%~40%、交联剂的加入量从0~10%,可以实现表面活性剂功能成分释放时间从数小时到7 d可控。岩心实验表明,相比原无释放聚合物微球,包覆表面活性剂微球在完全释放表面活性剂组分后采收率可提升5.2%。Functional sustained-release microspheres were prepared by encapsulating surfactants in microsphere structures.Formula optimization and oil displacement effect evaluation were conducted on functional sustained-release microspheres.The experimental results show that the release time of the surfactant functional components can be controlled from several hours to seven days by adjusting the amount of functional monomer acrylic acid from 2%to 40%and the amount of crosslinking agent from 0 to 10%.Core experiments show that compared to the original non-release polymer microspheres,the recovery rate of the surfactant coated microspheres can be increased by 5.2%after the complete release of surfactant components.
