摘 要:介绍了乙炔选择加氢作用机理,随着反应温度的升高,乙烯的解吸势垒等均对乙烯选择性影响显著。综述了近年来Pd基贵金属乙炔选择加氢催化剂的研究进展情况,梳理了第二、第三助活性组分改性、载体修饰和Pd单原子化等催化剂性能改进提升方法。叙述了除贵金属Pd催化剂之外,贵金属Pt、Au等催化剂在乙炔选择加氢领域的研究工作。探讨了市场竞争对乙炔选择加氢催化剂的新要求,并从未来乙烯技术发展趋势着手,剖析了乙炔选择加氢催化剂技术迭代更新的方向。This article introduces the mechanism of selective hydrogenation of acetylene.With the increase of reaction temperature,the desorption potential barrier of ethylene has a significant effect on ethylene selectivity.The recent research progress of Pd-based noble metal catalysts for selective hydrogenation of acetylene in recent years is reviewed.The methods to improve catalyst performance,such as modification of the second or even third co-active components,carrier modification,and Pd mono-atomization are also summarized.The research on the selective hydrogenation of acetylene using Pt and Au catalysts in addition to Pd catalysts is discussed.Finally,the new requirements for market competition in acetylene selective hydrogenation catalysts are discussed,and the future development trend of ethylene technology is also analyzed.
