摘 要:建立了搅拌棒固相萃取技术结合离子色谱测定牛奶中3种阳离子的分析方法。本研究以整体材料为涂层制备固相萃取搅拌棒(SBSE-CE),萃取牛奶中游离的K^(+)、Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+)阳离子,优化了SBSE-CE对3种阳离子的萃取条件,在最佳萃取条件下实现了SBSE-CE对3种阳离子的有效萃取,K^(+)离子在1.0~150.0μg/L范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+)离子在1.0~200.0μg/L范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,检出限(LODs)在0.12~0.28μg/L之间,定量限(LOQs)在0.40~0.92μg/L之间,加标回收率为71.1%~102.8%。本方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、稳定性好、萃取容量大和可重复使用等优点,适用于牛奶中游离的K^(+)、Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+)阳离子的快速测定。A method by stir bar sorptive extraction with ion chromatography was developed for the determination of three cat⁃ions in milk.In this study,mixed-mode monolith was used as stir bar sorptive extraction coating(SBSE-CE)to extract K^(+)、Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)in milk.The SBSE-CE extraction conditions for K^(+)、Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)were optimized.Under the optimum condi⁃tions,K^(+)showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0-150.0μg/L,Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0-200.0μg/L,the detection limit(LODs)was between 0.12-0.28μg/L,the quantitative limit(LOQs)was between 0.40-0.92μg/L,the recovery rate was 71.1%-102.8%.The method has advantages such as simplicity and fast⁃ness,high sensitivity,good stability,large extraction capacity and reusability.It is suitable for the rapid determination of free K^(+)、Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)cations in milk.
