摘　　要：习近平经济思想作为中国特色社会主义经济理论的最新成果,其独创性和普遍性问题成为学者研究的焦点。作为专门研究中国经济的学者,俄罗斯学者奥·尼·博罗赫通过分析习近平经济思想的发展过程,提出了其学理化的阶段性特征;通过追溯习近平经济思想的渊源,她意识到该思想的内在继承性和创新性;通过剖析西方基于意识形态偏见对习近平经济思想核心概念的曲解,揭示了其中国特色;纵横中外大视野,认可了习近平经济思想普惠共赢的世界性意义。博罗赫的研究突破了西方中心主义范式,采用动态联系的方法分析习近平经济思想。尽管囿于语言障碍与文化差异,博罗赫对习近平经济思想的认知存在碎片化和片面性,但其研究反映了海外中国经济研究的新动态和中国特色社会主义经济的国际新形象,同时也为科学构建中国自主经济学话语体系提供了他山之鉴。As the latest achievement of the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics,Xi Jinping thought on the economy has attracted significant scholarly attention for its originality and universality.O.N.Borokh,a Russian scholar specializing in Chinese economy,identifies the staged features of the theorization of Xi Jinping Thought on the economy by examining its developmental trajectory.By tracing its origins,she underscores its inheritance and innovation.By analyzing Western misinterpretations of core concepts in Xi Jinping Thought on the economy due to ideological bias,she highlights its distinct Chinese characteristics.Adopting a broad perspective that bridges Chinese and global contexts,she affirms the universal significance of Xi Jinping Thought on the economy in fostering inclusive benefits and win-win cooperation.Borokh’s research transcends the Western-centric paradigm,offering a dynamic and interconnected analysis of Xi Jinping thought on the economy.Although limited by linguistic and cultural barriers,her understanding of Xi Jinping thought on the economy appears fragmented and somewhat one-sided.Nonetheless,her work reflects emerging trends in international research on the Chinese economy and a renewed global recognition of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,providing external insights for scientifically constructing China’s independent economic discourse system.
