摘 要:轴向分级燃烧技术具有宽负荷范围内清洁、高效和稳定燃烧的潜在优势,但轴向分级燃烧技术在高含氢燃料条件下易发生反应区靠近喷嘴、贴近壁面等问题。为此,该文提出添加轴向分级喷嘴外环空气气膜改进措施,并开展实验研究,研究烷掺氢比例(0~100%)对反应区分布影响,并对比典型工况下有无轴向分级喷嘴气膜对反应区抬升的影响。结果表明,随着含氢量增加,反应区贴壁效应更为明显,迎风侧和背风侧反应区抬升存在不同,并通过本征正交分解(proper orthogonal decomposition,POD)分析给出反应区动态特性,验证通过增加喷嘴气膜的方式,可有效提高轴向分级反应区抬升高度。结果有助于理解不同含氢量下轴向分级反应区分布,进一步为真实燃气轮机轴向分级喷嘴的设计提供指导。Axial fuel staged combustion technology has the potential advantages of clean,efficient,and stable combustion in a wide load range,but axial fuel staged combustion technology is prone to problems such as reaction zone near the nozzle and close to the wall under the condition of high hydrogen content fuel.Therefore,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of adding air film on the outer ring of axial grading nozzle,and carries out experimental research.The effect of the methane doping ratio(0~100%)on the distribution of the reaction zone is investigated,and the effect of the axial fuel staged combustion nozzle with or without air film on the lift-off height of the reaction zone under typical operating conditions is compared.The results show that with the increase of hydrogen content,the adherent effect of the reaction zone is more obvious,and the lift-off height of the reaction zone on the windward and leeward sides is different.The dynamic characteristics of the reaction zone are given by the proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)analysis.It is verified that the lift-off height of the reaction zone can be effectively improved by increasing the nozzle air film.The results of this paper contribute to understanding the distribution of axial fuel staged combustion reaction zone under different hydrogen contents,and further provide guidance for the design of axial fuel staged combustion nozzles for real gas turbines.
