摘 要:本研究选取五种常见阴极线型(V0、CW09A、V15、CS10B、CS10A)与BE板、ZT24板进行组合,探究不同极距下伏安特性、板电流密度及其分布情况。实验结果表明,五种线型在两种极板配置下的放电能力顺序为V0<CW09A<V15<CS10B≈CS10A;板电流密度方面,无论是平行于BE板还是垂直于ZT24板,均呈现沿V0、CW09A、V15、CS10A、CS10B的递增趋势,垂直铜排的电流密度分布均匀性优于水平铜排,具体顺序不同。CW09A线型虽电流分布均匀性较差,但在配合BE板和ZT24板时有较高的电场强度和较低的电流密度,适用于末次电场和次末次电场,能有效提高除尘效率。研究通过测试不同极配形式的放电性能,筛选出了具有最优放电能力的电极配置方案,为低排放电除尘器的设计提供了参考。This paper selected five common cathode line types(V0,CW09A,V15,CS10B,CS10A)and combined them with BE plates and ZT24 plates to investigate the volt ampere characteristics,plate current density,and their distribution at different electrode distances.The experimental results show that the discharge capacity order of the five wire types under two electrode configurations is V0<CW09A<V15<CS10B≈CS10A;In terms of board current density,whether parallel to the BE board or perpendicular to the ZT24 board,there is an increasing trend of V0,CW09A,V15,CS10A,and CS10B.The uniformity of current density distribution in vertical copper bars is better than that in hor⁃izontal copper bars,with different specific orders.Although the CW09A line type has poor uniformity in current distribution,it has high electric field strength and low current density when combined with BE board and ZT24 board,making it suitable for final and secondary electric fields and effectively im⁃proving dust removal efficiency.The research screened the electrode configuration scheme with the op⁃timal discharge capacity by testing the discharge performance of different electrode configurations,pro⁃viding reference for the design of low discharge dust collectors.
