摘　　要：工业产品智能包装封口机械二级臂的结构设计涉及多个关节和连杆,动力学参数极为复杂,设计的动力学模型在相对密度、模型强度和刚等度约束条件下,利用Altair Inspire对原模型结构进行拓扑优化,仍然无法去除原模型多余材料,其不同工况的受力会引起振动。设计出一种工业产品智能包装封口机械二级臂抗振方法。利用拉格朗日功能平衡法确定机械二级臂参数,计算其动能与势能,获得优化动力学参数。结合动力学参数分析包装封口机械二级臂相关参数,结合残余变形量与运动灵敏度,得到自由振动时微分方程描述。根据振动方程中描述的角位移、角速度作为反馈,带入PD控制求出机械二级臂控制律,根据非线性控制算法获得振动抑制控制量,从而完成机械二级臂抗振。通过实验证明:所提方法对工业产品智能包装封口机械二级臂抗振效果好,可提高产品质量,延长设备寿命。The structural design of the secondary arm of the intelligent packaging and sealing machinery for industrial products involves multiple joints and linkages,and the dynamic parameters are extremely complex.The designed dynamic model is constrained by relative density,model strength,and stiffness.Altair Inspire is used to optimize the topology of the original model structure,but it still cannot remove excess materials from the original model.The force under different working conditions can cause vibration.Design a vibration resistant method for the secondary arm of intelligent packaging and sealing machinery for industrial products.Using the Lagrangian functional balance method to determine the parameters of the mechanical secondary arm,calculating its kinetic and potential energy,and obtaining optimized dynamic parameters.By analyzing the relevant parameters of the secondary arm of packaging and sealing machinery based on dynamic parameters,and combining residual deformation and motion sensitivity,a differential equation description for free vibration is obtained.Based on the angular displacement and angular velocity described in the vibration equation as feedback,the control law of the mechanical secondary arm is obtained through PD control.The vibration suppression control quantity is obtained through nonlinear control algorithms to complete the anti vibration of the mechanical secondary arm.Through experiments,it has been proven that the proposed method has a good anti vibration effect on the secondary arm of intelligent packaging and sealing machinery for industrial products,which can improve product quality and extend equipment life.
