摘　　要：以废品7075铝合金为研究对象,研究了铝合金回收过程中的熔炼、压榨及热处理工艺。采用光谱仪、金相光学显微镜、万能拉伸试验机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对回收的7075铝合金的成分、组织、力学性能和腐蚀性能进行了表征。结果表明回收的7075铝合金铸锭成分分布更加均匀,组织更加优化。回收7075铝合金板材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率均满足标准要求。回收的7075-T6铝合金板材具有良好的耐盐雾腐蚀性能。这里旨在为7075铝合金回收工艺的冶炼、压榨及热处理工艺提供指导,为铝合金的回收再利用提供参考。The melting,extrusion and heat treatment processes of 7075 aluminum alloy scrap were studied.The composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy were characterized by spectrometer,optical microscope,universal tensile testing machine,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the recycled 7075 aluminum alloy ingot has more uniform composition distribution and more optimized structure.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the recovered 7075 aluminum alloy plate meet the standard requirements.The recovered 7075-T6 aluminum alloy plate has good salt spray corrosion resistance.The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance for smelting,extrusion and heat treatment of 7075 aluminum alloy recycling process,and provide reference for aluminum alloy recycling.
