摘 要:旨在揭示转子系统中关键参数对弹性支承上的转子动力学特性的影响规律,以供工程人员进行设计和工程分析时进行参考。转子系统中的基本单元包括转子(包括转轴和轮盘)、定子以及连接转子和定子件的轴承。将转轴和轮盘简化为刚体,考虑轴承的弹性,基于Laval转子模型,采用Lagrange方法,建立了转子的轮盘、转轴、联轴节和支承力学模型,在静止坐标系下,分别分析转子横截面惯性异性、转子结构阻尼、轴承阻尼以及轴承刚度异性四个参数对转子系统动力学特性的影响,在旋转坐标系下,分析转子的联轴节动刚度异性参数对转子系统动力学特性的影响,建立了转子的临界转速、动态响应和稳定裕度关于以上五个关键参数的变化规律,并运用多项式混沌展开理论,依次将五个关键参数假设为随机参数,分别对上述参数进行敏感性分析,以期对相关问题的工程分析提供理论参考。It aims to reveal the influence law of critical structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of a typical rotor system.The principal elements of a rotor system include the rotor(the shaft and disc),the stator and the bearing connecting the rotor and stator parts.The shaft and disc are simplified as rigid bodies.Based on the Laval rotor model and the Lagrange equations,a dynamic model of a rotor with shaft,disc,bearing and coupler is established.Considering the elasticity of the bear-ing,the influence of five critical parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system is carefully investigated.Four criti-cal parameters are studied in stationary coordinate frame,including the inertia anisotropy of the rotor cross section,the stiffness anisotropy of the rotor,the damping of the bearing and the stiffness anisotropy of the bearing.The stiffness anisotropy of the cou-pler is investigated in rotating coordinate frame,The variation law of the critical speed,the dynamic response and the stability margin with respect to the above parameters is established.and the polynomial chaos expansion theory is employed to analyze the sensitivity of the system to the above parameters,since these parameters are often random.The research results of this paper are expected to provide theoretical reference for the engineering analysis of related problems.
