车桥耦合作用下64m钢桁桥刚度限值研究

摘  要:为准确分析城际铁路钢桁桥动力特性、保证行车安全,基于车桥耦合作用对某城际64m简支钢桁单行桥进行了车辆及桥梁振动分析、桥梁刚度参数对车辆行车平稳性影响评估。首先,建立了钢桁架桥梁空间有限元模型,并得到桥梁自振特性;其次,搭建了共70个自由度的动-拖CRH2型车多体动力学子模型;进而,基于轮轨关系搭建了车-桥刚柔耦合模型,利用时间步内迭代法求解耦合方程,并进行了模型验证;之后,基于车辆多刚体模型对64m简支钢桁桥进行了不同车速下的振动频域分析;最后,在桥梁自振特性、列车过桥振动特性及车速影响基础上,基于轮重减载率、脱轨系数、车体横向/垂向加速度等列车走行安全性指标进一步探究了梁体及桥墩刚度限值。结果表明:而梁体横向刚度比值在1/300~3/2间对车桥振动影响小,比值不足1/450时车、桥响应随横向刚度减小而急剧增大;车、桥响应对桥墩横向刚度下降较为敏感,尤其在下降1/2以后;梁体横向刚度不小于原值0.0015时可保证车辆180km/h平稳行驶。研究成果可为城际铁路钢桁桥动力分析与行车安全评估提供参考。In order to accurately analyze the dynamic characteristics of intercity steel truss bridge and ensure traffic safety,the vehicle and bridge vibration analysis and the influence of bridge stiffness parameters on vehicle ride stability of a 64m intercity steel truss single-lane bridge were carried out based on vehicle-bridge coupling.Firstly,the space finite element model of the steel truss bridge is established and the natural vibration characteristics of the bridge are obtained.Secondly,a multi-body dynamic submodel of the moving-towed CRH2 vehicle with 70 degrees of freedom is built.Then,a rigid-flexible coupling model of vehiclebridge is built based on wheel-rail relationship,and the coupling equation is solved by time-step iteration method,and the model is verified.Then,the vibration frequency domain of 64m simply supported steel truss bridge is analyzed at different speed based on the vehicle multi-rigid body model.Finally,on the basis of the influence of bridge natural vibration characteristics,train crossing vibration characteristics and speed,the stiffness limits of beam body and pier are further explored based on train running safety indexes such as wheel load reduction rate,derailment coefficient and lateral/vertical acceleration of car body.The results show that when the ratio of transverse stiffness of beam body is between 1/300 and 3/2,the effect on bridge vibration is small.When the ratio is less than 1/450,the response of vehicle and bridge increases sharply with the decrease of transverse stiffness.The response of vehicle and bridge is more sensitive to the decrease of lateral stiffness of pier,especially after the decrease of 1/2.When the transverse stiffness of the beam body is not less than the original value of 0.0015,it can ensure the smooth running of the vehicle 180km/h.The research results can provide reference for dynamic analysis and traffic safety evaluation of steel truss bridge of intercity railway.
