摘  要:爆炸图是剖析装配体拆卸顺序重要的可视化载体之一,可以帮助人们更为直观地掌握模型结构关系。为了顺应当前利用Unity3D开发机械虚拟仿真实训软件的大环境以及提高爆炸图生成效率,提出了一种基于Unity3D的爆炸图自动生成方法。通过Unity3D和Visual Studio 2017进行爆炸图脚本的编程,根据装配层次确定爆炸结构分组及爆炸顺序,再根据碰撞算法检测的输出值判断每组零件的可爆炸方向,最后将其按照可爆炸方向移动计算所得的爆炸距离,继而形成最终爆炸图。以一级减速器为例,对比已有的爆炸算法,验证了该方法的有效性。Explosive diagram is one of the important visual carriers to analyze assembly disassembly sequence,which can help people to grasp the structure relationship of model more intuitively.In order to adapt to the current environment of developing mechanical virtual simulation training software with Unity3D and improve the generation efficiency of explosive map,an automatic generation method of explosive map based on Unity3D was proposed.Unity3D and Visual Studio 2017 were used to program the explosive diagram script.The explosive structure grouping and explosion sequence were determined according to the assembly level,and then the explosive direction of each group of parts was determined according to the output value detected by the collision algorithm.Finally,the explosive distance was calculated by moving it according to the explosive direction,and then the final explosive diagram was formed.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the existing explosion algorithm with the first stage reducer.
