摘 要:为了研究F公司车间的效率问题,通过分析车间的物流量和搬运距离而构成的物流强度,运用SLP法重新布置,改进车间布局不合理问题,使物流强度得以降低;根据ECRS原则,改MRP中的MTS为MTO式、设立钣金及钣焊超市为缓冲器等工序流程优化措施,经过价值流图析技术比较,增值比、提前期、平衡率均得到了不同程度的改善;最后,通过因素分析法分析表明,车间布局优化、工序流程优化在提升总效率中的贡献分别为73.3%和26.7%,而工序流程优化中提高平衡率和增值比在提升总效率中的贡献分别为11.9%和14.8%,为企业通过布局优化降低物流强度,通过工序流程优化而降低瓶颈时间、减少等待时间和作业时间,从而提高车间生产效率提供了有益的借鉴。In order to study the efficiency of the workshop of F company,the logistics intensity constituted by the analysis of the logistics volume and the transportation distance of the workshop,the use of SLP method to rearrange and improve the unreasonable problem of the layout of the workshop,so that the logistics intensity can be reduced.According to the ECRS principle,the process optimization measures such as changing the MTS in MRP to MTO,setting up sheet metal and sheet welding supermarkets as buffers,etc.,through the comparison of value stream mapping techniques,the value-added ratio,lead time,and balance rate have all been improved to varying degrees.Finally,the factor analysis method analysis shows that the contribution of workshop layout optimization and process flow optimization in improving the total efficiency are 73.3%and 26.7%,respectively,and the contribution of improving the balance rate and value-added ratio in the process flow optimization in improving the total efficiency are respectively 11.9%and 14.8%,it provides a useful reference for enterprises to reduce logistics intensity through layout optimization,reduce bottleneck time,reduce waiting time and operating time through process flow optimization,and thereby improve workshop production efficiency.
