摘 要:为研究挖补修理后的复合材料层合板遭受雷击时的烧蚀损伤特性,对复合材料修理板进行了雷击模拟和不同修理参数影响分析。首先建立完整层合板的雷击烧蚀模型,并与文献试验结果进行对比,验证仿真有效性。在此基础上,建立修理层合板的雷击烧蚀模型,并分别对挖补角度、补片尺寸及附加补片的影响进行分析。研究结果表明:随着挖补角度增大,补片烧蚀面积增大,而母板和胶膜烧蚀面积减小,三者的最大烧蚀深度均下降,补片不易脱落;补片尺寸越大,越能防止补片被树脂汽化和纤维热解造成的超压挤落;附加补片的存在会影响电流的传导方式,次级电弧更易形成,补片和母板之间更易建立电气连接,造成表面损伤程度增大,进而减小内部损伤程度;当修理板的挖补角大于2.86°,最外层补片直径大于50mm,并施加附加补片时,能最大程度地抵抗50kA的雷击烧蚀,防止补片脱落。In order to study the ablation damage characteristics of the scarf repaired composite laminate subjected to lightning,the lightning simulation and the influence analysis of different repair parameters were carried out on the repaired laminates.Firstly,the lightning ablation model of the complete laminates was established and compared with the experimental results in the literature to verify the effectiveness of the simulation.On this basis,the lightning ablation model of repaired laminates is established,and the influence of scarf angle,patch size and additional patch were analyzed respectively.The results show that with the increase of the scarf angle,the ablation area of the patch increases,while the ablation area of the motherboard and the adhesive film decreases,the maximum ablation depth of the three decreases,and the patch is not easy to fall off.The larger the patch size,the more it can prevent the patch from being squeezed by overpressure caused by resin vaporization and fiber pyrolysis.The existence of additional patch will affect the conduction mode of current,the secondary arc is easier to form,and the electrical connection between patch and motherboard is easier to establish,resulting in an increase in the degree of surface damage,thereby reducing the degree of internal damage.When the scarf angle of the repaired laminates is greater than 2.86°,the diameter of the outermost patch is greater than 50mm,and an additional patch is applied,it can resist the lightning ablation of 50kA to the greatest extent and prevent the patch from falling off.
