摘 要:由于铣削薄壁结构件参数在构件运行过程中会呈现出类似于椭圆曲线的形状,现有方法通常假设其设计的机械构件的运行状态模型对参数的影响是不变的,导致实际的机械构件结构参数优化中,出现局部最优解问题。因此,提出任意椭圆函数拟合法优化机械构件结构参数的方法。首先,建立铣削薄壁结构件方程,获取需要优化的铣削薄壁结构件参数;其次,利用任意椭圆函数拟合法对铣削薄壁结构件参数在构件运行过程中的变化情况展开拟合处理,获得铣削薄壁结构件的参数与真实运行状态的关联;最后,建立多目标优化函数,并采用蝙蝠算法对其求解,完成参数优化。实验结果表明:所提方法具有较高的参数优化精度和性能,适用于机械构件结构参数优化。Due to the fact that the parameters of milling thin-walled structural components exhibit a shape similar to an elliptical curve during the operation of the components,existing methods usually assume that the influence of the operating state model of the designed mechanical components on the parameters is constant,resulting in local optimal solution problems in actual mechanical component structural parameter optimization.Therefore,a method for optimizing the structural parameters of mechanical components using arbitrary elliptic function fitting is proposed.Firstly,establish the equation for milling thin-walled structural components and obtain the parameters that need to be optimized for milling thin-walled structural components.Secondly,the arbitrary elliptic function fitting method is used to fit the changes in the parameters of milling thin-walled structural components during the operation of the components,and the correlation between the parameters of milling thin-walled structural components and the actual operating state is obtained.Finally,establish a multi-objective optimization function and use the bat algorithm to solve it,completing parameter optimization.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high parameter optimization accuracy and performance,and is suitable for optimizing the structural parameters of mechanical components.
