摘  要:为解决中压电缆生产过程中人工测量铜带屏蔽层搭盖率的精度差、频次低、安全性低及实际生产中搭盖率过大导致的铜带浪费问题,设计开发了一套基于视觉的非接触式自动检测系统,该系统具备搭盖率检测与自动调节功能。在搭盖率检测方面,首先推导了视觉检测铜带搭接率的计算公式,其次搭建视觉检测平台并进行硬件选型设计,采用张正友标定方法标定相机畸变,最后采用中值滤波、最大类间方差法二值化、形态学运算、最小外接矩形法计算得到搭盖率。在自动调节方面,建立PC上位机与铜带绕包系统之间的通讯,通过调节绕包速度将搭盖率调整至设定范围。实验表明,检测系统检测精度为0.1mm,可实现对搭盖率的实时全检,同时能够有效控制搭盖率范围。In order to solve the problem of poor precision,low efficiency and potential risks of manual measuring of the covering rate of copper band shielding layer in medium-voltage-cable and the waste of copper tap caused by the high covering rate in production,a non-contact automatic detection system based on machine vision is designed and developed,which not only inspects the covering rate detection,but also adjusts it in the manufacturing progress.In terms of its rate detection,The formula for calculating coating rate is deduced.After that,the visual detection platform is designed and the hardware is chosen.The system adopts ilf calibration method to calibrate the camera distortion,and finally it employs the median filter,the between-cluster variance method and morphological operation.The rate is calculated using the minimum circumscribed rectangle method.In the aspect of automatic adjustment,the communication between PC and copper tap wrapping machine is established to adjust the coverage rate through setting the range on the PC.Experimental results show that the accuracy of the detection is 0.1mm,which can realize the real-time full detection of the coverage rate and effectively control the coverage range.
